Plan 7 is ComEd’s seventh energy efficiency and demand response plan and covers the four‑year period beginning January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2029. As part of the CRGA‑driven refile, ComEd is updating its approach for Program Years 2027–2029 while maintaining continuity with the approved first year of the Plan.
Year 1 of Plan 7 (Program Year 2026) has been previously awarded and is currently underway. This Request for Proposal is intended to solicit qualified Implementation Contractors to support the remaining three years of the Plan 7 period (Program Years 2027–2029), to be reflected in the refiled Plan 7. All respondents should familiarize themselves with the newly applicable EE laws, the upcoming Revised Plan 7 filing and any accompanying documents.
