- An organization in good standing,

- Not 6a “private foundation” within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the Code,
- An organization exempt from taxes under 501(c) of the Code; or for purposes of this grant
- Is fiscally sponsored by a Section 501(c)(3) organization.
- Ensure the grant does not benefit any private person or entity in violation of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
