Board Member
John Boladian joined Walker-Miller Energy Services as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in January 2024 and has assumed responsibility for leading strategies related to Program Operations, Engineering, Business Development, Facilities, Market Development Initiatives and Electrification. He has an extensive background in energy and utility management, customer service and marketing. In his role as COO, John plays a key role in steering the tremendous growth Walker-Miller is experiencing.
Additionally, John has over 30 years’ experience in the energy industry as a Senior Operations Leader at DTE Energy in Detroit, Michigan. In his most current role, he was overseeing the Energy Efficiency team which includes electric and gas program design and implementation, regulatory filings, evaluation, measurement and validation, to both educate and incentivize customers to purchase energy efficient technologies and services, as well as overseeing the Demand Response team.
John has received numerous awards for outstanding leadership.
He has served on several Energy Efficiency boards, including the Consortium for Energy Efficiency, the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance as well as the Michigan Saves Board of Directors.
Before joining DTE Energy, John held positions at various advertising and sales agencies such as Ross Roy Advertising and NBC/Mutual Broadcasting Company.
