Jolene A. Sheil is the Portfolio Manager for the national award-winning Focus on Energy Program at the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. She has been the portfolio manager since October of 2004 and oversaw the transition of the Focus program from the Department of Administration to the Public Service Commission in 2007. Prior to her current position, she managed the Focus on Energy Business programs from 2001-2004 and the Focus on Energy pilot in the Wisconsin Public Service territory from 1999-2001. Prior to Focus on Energy, she worked on acid deposition, ozone and climate change issues with state and federal agencies.
Jolene has a B.A. degree in Public and Environmental Administration and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and Master’s degrees in Political Science with an emphasis on energy and environmental policy, from the University of California- Riverside and the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
