Director, Membership & External Relations

Jen Rhodes is MEEA’s Director, Membership & External Relations. In this role, Jen manages MEEA's membership program of over 160 businesses and organizations. Since 2013, she has been committed to bringing people together from across the industry to further the Midwest's energy efficiency opportunities. She also oversees MEEA’s marketing and brand efforts and the planning of the Midwest Energy Solutions Conference and Annual Meeting of Membership. Prior to working at MEEA, she managed the membership programs at John G. Shedd Aquarium and MCA Chicago.

She has a B.A. in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. She currently sits on the Membership Professionals Advisory Council for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), AESP's Women in Energy Committee, and is Director of Development for VGA Gallery. In the winter, Jen can be found watching hockey and in the summer, she enjoys riding bikes and hiking.
