Wendy Bensley Jaehn is a seasoned leader in clean energy and business development, with over two decades of experience driving strategic growth and cultivating high-impact partnerships. She currently serves as a Director at Resource Innovations, where she leverages her expertise in energy efficiency, utility demand-side management, and energy policy to support innovative solutions for a sustainable future.

Previously, Wendy held leadership roles at Guidehouse, formerly Navigant, and the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, and she also served as Executive Director of the Chicago Area Runners Association (CARA), where she revitalized the organization’s community presence and operational strength. Her career reflects a unique blend of nonprofit leadership and energy sector innovation, underscored by a commitment to community engagement and environmental stewardship.
