Thomas Glendening is ICF’s Vice President of Commercial Energy within the Utility Programs and Services division responsible for the North Central (Great Lakes) Region. He has more than 13 years of experience in DSM program design and implementation, and another decade of practice in the architectural, engineering, and construction sector.
Throughout Thomas’ career, he has worked collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver innovative building solutions for sustainably minded clients. He is passionate about coupling data science with field intelligence to produce and refine design solutions.
Over the course of his career, Thomas has launched a wide variety of DSM programs and portfolios across the US; created disaggregation models based on real world observations from hundreds of property condition assessments; and has led multiple USGBC LEED design-build projects and managed dozens of conventional projects across the Midwest. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor.
