Katie Frye is the Supervisor of Customer Programs and Services at Minnesota Power where she leads the delivery of customer program offerings including conservation improvement, renewable energy, electric vehicle and energy affordability programs. She has held various roles at Minnesota Power ranging from program design and implementation to preparing regulatory filings and evaluating compliance with state mandates.
