Technical Manager, Market Solutions & Education

Joe Ricchiuto is MEEA's Technical Manager, Market Solutions & Education. In this role, he uses his subject-matter expertise in the areas of residential, commercial, and industrial energy efficiency technologies to assist the organization in identifying and developing new projects and funding proposals to advance MEEA's mission. He also coordinates educational outreach opportunities, tracks pilots and programs, and develops materials that support adoption of energy efficient technologies and strategies in the Midwest.

Prior to joining MEEA, Joe worked as a residential and commercial energy auditor for Abraxas Energy Consulting and CLEAResult. He has also worked as an environmental protection specialist for the State of Colorado's Air Pollution Division. Aside from Joe's passion for sustainability and environmental protection, Joe enjoys backpacking, water sports, and traveling. Joe holds a B.S. in Earth and Environmental Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
